Periods & Pops

Encouraging supportive conversations surrounding menstruation with fathers, caregivers, and families.

About Periods & Pops

Periods & Pops is a family-centered menstrual health initiative designed to bring fathers, male caregivers, mentors, coaches, and male youth into the conversation. Through barbershop talks, school sessions, community cookouts, and culturally relevant education, the program helps break down menstrual myths and create safe spaces for open, supportive dialogue. The program encourages men and boys to better understand menstruation, support the menstruators in their lives, and become informed advocates for menstrual health, dignity, and equity.
