About Beauteflie Youth Leadership Institute

Beauteflie Youth Leadership Institute is a youth leadership and civic engagement initiative designed to empower young people to become informed advocates, changemakers, and community leaders. Through leadership development, advocacy training, service opportunities, and community dialogue, participants gain the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful change within their schools and communities. The program encourages youth to use their voices, engage in important conversations, and take action on issues impacting their generation and future.
