Girl, Let's Talk About Periods Education Program

Delivering menstrual health, puberty, and wellness education through schools, camps, and community programming.

About Girl, Let's Talk About Periods Education Program

GLTAP Education delivers menstrual health, puberty, and body development education through schools, workshops, summer camps, and community-based programming. The initiative creates safe and supportive spaces where youth can learn about their bodies, wellness, self-care, and self-advocacy.

Through engaging educational experiences, GLTAP helps normalize conversations surrounding menstruation while building confidence and awareness among participants. The program includes year-round school and community workshops, along with the annual GLTAP Summer Camp focused on wellness, leadership, advocacy, hygiene, and menstrual health education.
