TRANSITION TOWERS

Transition Towers are community-based cabinets stocked with free menstrual products for students and families. Placed in schools, recreation centers, and community spaces, these towers ensure that no one has to miss school, work, or activities due to lack of access. By meeting this basic need, Transition Towers help create a culture of dignity, normalcy, and support around menstrual health.

WHAT WE DO:

Provide free menstrual products like pads, tampons, and liners to anyone who needs them
Partner with schools and community sites to keep towers stocked and accessible year-round
Educate students and families about menstrual health and the importance of equitable access
Engage local businesses and organizations to sponsor and restock towers regularly
Reduce financial and emotional stress for menstruators by offering consistent, stigma-free support

WHO IT'S FOR:

Students in elementary, middle, and high schools who lack access to menstrual products
Community members and families who may face financial or transportation barriers
Schools, youth programs, and public spaces seeking to provide on-site support

HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT

SPONSOR A TOWER

Schools, community programs, or organizations that would like to host a Transition Tower are encouraged to reach out to programs@thepupaproject.org. Our team will work with you to assess your site’s needs, determine the best placement for the tower, and provide guidance on restocking and community engagement. By partnering with us, you help create a safe, supportive space where students and families know they can always access the products they need without shame or barriers.

Sponsoring a Transition Tower allows your business, organization, or group to directly impact students and families by ensuring ongoing access to menstrual products.

Sponsorship includes:

Recognition on the tower (logo or name plate)
Acknowledgment on The P.U.P.A Project’s website and social media
Quarterly updates on the impact of your sponsorship
Opportunities for volunteer engagement (restocking or awareness events)
