GIRL, LET'S TALK ABOUT PERIODS SUMMER CAMP
Hello
Girl, Let’s Talk About Periods Summer Camp is a week-long experience that combines fun, creativity, and menstrual health education. This camp provides a safe, affirming environment where young menstruators can learn about their bodies, ask questions without judgment, and build confidence in navigating puberty and their menstrual cycles. Through interactive workshops, crafts, and community-building activities, campers leave feeling informed, supported, and celebrated.
WHAT WE DO:
-
Offer daily educational sessions on menstrual health, puberty changes, and personal care
-
Partner with health professionals, lawmakers, and guest speakers to provide expert insight
-
Lead creative and hands-on activities like journaling, DIY kits, yoga, and art projects to make learning fun and empowering
-
Provide menstrual kits and take-home resources to support ongoing confidence beyond camp
WHO IT'S FOR:
-
Girls and gender-diverse youth ages 9–17 who are curious, newly menstruating, or seeking deeper understanding of their cycles
-
Parents and caregivers who want to provide their children with inclusive, positive, and accurate menstrual education
-
Community groups or youth organizations interested in offering summer programming around health and self-esteem
